Sir Rafique Ahmed Bajwa was a legendary lawyer he was not only a successful lawyer but was also a popular political leader of his time. Sir Rafique Ahmed Bajwa was Secretary General of Pakistan Qomi Itehad and Vice president of Jammiat Ulma Pakistan. Sir Rafique Ahmed Bajwa founded Bajwa Law Chamber in 1962. Sir Shauket Rafique Bajwa joined the profession and Bajwa Law Chambers in 1973. Sir Rafique Ahmed Bajwa transformed to heaven in 2004. Since then Sir Shauket Rafique Bajwa was running Bajwa Law Chambers as CEO. Sir Shauket Rafique Bajwa was one of the most experienced lawyers as far as murder trials is concerned. in his career of about 51 years of active criminal practice, He has conducted thousands of Murder Trials and Murder References successfully. Sohaila Praveen did her LLB in 1997 from Quaid e Azam Law College, Lahore. She got enrolled as an Advocate with Punjab Bar Council in 1998 and started practice here in Lahore. She is the Co-founder and Senior Partner of the Firm. By now she has 25 years of practice in the field of law. She also works as a mediator in resolving the issues of our clients. Her area of practice is Family Law and Human Rights. She has a vast experience in legal practice and has a long list of satisfied clients. She is also working for WAPDA and Pakistan Railways.

Agha Nayyar Latif Advocate Supreme is a Senior Partner and Founder of the Firm. He did his LLB in the year 2000 from the Pakistan College of Law. He got enrolled as an Advocate with Punjab Bar Council in the year 2001. In 2003 he got enrolled as Advocate High Court and in 2020 he got enrolled as Advocate Supreme Court of Pakistan. His area of practice mainly is civil and banking trials. At the appellate forums, besides civil, he has also expertise in criminal appeals. He is also expert in trials of white collar crimes such as NAB, FIA, and Cyber Crimes.

Syed Shahzad H Wasti is a Partner of the firm. He has done his LLB from the Pakistan College of Law in the year 2000. Since then he is in practice. He is an expert in trial work. He also supervises the properation, drafting and registration of deeds and documents. His main area of practice is the civil trial which includes banking cases. He also has conducted many successful trials in NAB and FIA courts and is an expert in electronic crimes as well. He also looks after clients from the corporate sector.

Mian Avais Ilyas is also Partner in the Firm. He has done his LLB from the Pakistan College of Law in the year 2000. He started practice in Lahore with the chamber of legendary lawyer late Rafique Ahmed Bajwa in 2001. He mainly deals with legal issues of overseas Pakistanis and helps them with solutions for the same. He is an expert in Family and Guardian cases. He is also an expert in environmental law and dealing with green color crimes.
