Chapter 1 of Part II of the Constitution of Pakistan ensures certain to every citizen of Pakistan. These fundamental rights mainly deal with the security, safety, and dignity of a person. These fundamental constitutional rights also ensure freedom of movement, freedom of assembly, freedom of business and freedom of speech, etc. The fundamental rights also ensure the equality of all citizens for the protection of the law, irrespective of any sexual or religious discrimination.
