Agha Nayyar Latif, Advocate Supreme Court (ASC), is a Senior Partner and Founder of the Firm. He did his LLB in 2000 from the Pakistan College of Law and was enrolled as an Advocate with the Punjab Bar Council in 2001. In 2003, he was enrolled as an Advocate High Court, and in 2020, as an Advocate Supreme Court of Pakistan. His area of practice mainly includes civil and banking trials, with expertise in white collar crime trials such as NAB, FIA, and Cyber Crimes. Along with civil and criminal appellate work, he also specializes in constitutional law, civil appeals, and appellate forums.

He is a law graduate from Baha ud Din Zakaria University Multan. He completed his LLB in 1999 with distinction and was the topper of his college. He secured third position in the University. He has been a permanent faculty member at Muhammaden Law College Sahiwal, for more than a decade. He was the pioneer head of the Law Department at Sahiwal Medical College from 2016 to 2020. He also served as a consultant at the Ombudsperson Punjab from 2023 to 2025.

Aqsa Mubeen Randhawa is an experienced legal professional with nearly 15 years of practice in family, civil, and banking law. She earned her LLB from the University of the Punjab in 2012.
